 Current Health Check Policy We are not currently implementing any health screening entry protocols. There is no mask mandate in place at the venue. We suggest you follow the CDC guidelines as it relates to you. If jurisdictional mandates in our area change in the future, please check back with us then.

What is Allowed in the Gates?

The following is a list of items and whether they are typically allowed into the venue or not. Sometimes a specific tour may require a different policy on certain items. Be sure to check for your specific event. All items that are allowed in are subject to a thorough search from our security team.

»Bags or Purses? No, except for a small clutch purse with a maximum size of 6" x 9" or a clear tote with a maximum size of 12" Wide x 12" High x 6" Deep. Fanny-packs are also allowed.

»Chairs? Lawn chair rentals are available! Pick them up when you arrive and then leave them where they are when you leave. Fast, simple and hassle-free! http://bnhp.us/park.
(Please note that for security, you are not allowed to bring a chair in with you. You may still bring in a blanket.)

»Blankets? If you have a lawn seating ticket, yes. Please note that due to security reasons, you may no longer bring a lawn chair into the venue with you.

»Food & Drink? No, except for one factory-sealed bottle of water, 20 oz. or less, per person

»Refillable Water Bottles? Yes, but only completely empty. There are fill stations inside. No metal straws!

»Coolers? No.

»Weapons? No.

»Cameras? Yes but only non-professional without a detachable lens.

»IPads? No.

»Video Camera? No.

»Selfie Sticks? No.

»Drugs? No.

»Medications? Yes, but only in the original prescription container with matching ID.

»Pets? No.

»Poster Tubes? Yes.

»Umbrellas? Yes, but may not be open during the performance. We recommend quality rain gear.

»Signs? Yes, but please be courteous to others.

»Strollers? Yes, but are subject to search by security and we do not have stroller storage areas.

New: Many of the points of sale within the venue do not accept cash at all. Please bring a debit or credit card with you to be sure you can still enjoy everything the venue has to offer.

"If You See Something, Say Something©" is a national anti-terrorism campaign that raises public awareness of the indicators of terrorism and terrorism-related crime, as well as the importance of reporting suspicious activity to state and local law enforcement.

Text AID for Help

If you have a security issue, you can now text (message and data charges may apply) "AID" to our short code (27665). The system will prompt you for your location and general nature of the problem. If you reply with this info, an alert will show up in the chat window at the box office. The people in the box office will then alert security to the issues and make sure they are dealt with.

Mobile Ticketing

If you selected mobile ticketing, your mobile device is required to gain access to the event. Tickets will NOT be emailed or available to print at home. Coming with friends? Make sure to send them their tickets ahead of time!

You have two options to access your tickets:

1. Download the Live Nation App
» Use your Ticketmaster / Live Nation sign in credentials used to purchase the tickets
» Click 'My Tickets' and select your upcoming show
» Add the ticket(s) to your phone's wallet and you're done!
» Present your mobile ticket(s) at entry

2. Visit Live Nation on your mobile device
» Use your Ticketmaster / Live Nation sign in credentials used to purchase the tickets
» After signing in click your name in the upper righthand corner
» Select 'My Tickets' and select your upcoming show
» Select 'My Tickets'
» Add the ticket(s) to your phone's wallet and you're done!
» Present your mobile ticket(s) at entry.



Transferring your tickets:
» Sign into My Account and click on your event to find your tickets
» Click the "Transfer Tickets" button (event eligibility may vary)
» Select the tickets you'd like to transfer
» Enter your recipient's first and last name, email address and an optional note.*
» Click the "Send" button

When transferring tickets we'll send you two (2) emails: one confirming your ticket(s) have been sent and another when your recipient accepts the tickets you sent. Your recipient will also receive an email prompting them to accept your tickets. Just in case they forget to accept the tickets, we send them another reminder 48 hours prior to the event.

Once the ticket transfer has been accepted, the tickets in your account are no longer valid and you will not be able to get into the event with those tickets.

*Those receiving a ticket transfer must have a Ticketmaster My Account. If they do not have an account, they can easily create one when they accept the tickets.

Lawn Seating

The lawn seating is a general admission area behind the reserved pavilion seats. It is not covered and therefore, is exposed to the elements. All shows go on rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, we recommend quality rain gear. Umbrellas are allowed but may not be open during the performances. Smoking is prohibited except in one section to the far right of the lawn. If you have trouble walking up inclined surfaces, lawn seating may not be the best option for you. If lawn seating is your only option, please see our staff for assistance.

Renting a lawn chair is easier than ever! Reserve a chair in advance and head straight to the lawn to pick them up. At the end of the night, leave the chair where it is and we'll take care of the rest! It's quick, easy and efficient. To reserve a lawn chair, click here: http://bnhp.us/park


Due to security concerns, you are no longer permitted to bring your own chairs with you into the venue. You may still bring blankets to sit on the lawn, which will be subject to search upon entry.

Cameras and Recording Devices

Although these policies vary from performer to performer, the typical policy is as such:
In most cases, video recording, audio recording and flash photography are strictly prohibited. For the enjoyment of other guests, larger electronic devices like iPads, tablets or Kindles are not allowed as well as selfie sticks and Go Pro devices. Small, personal cameras, without zoom lenses or detachable lenses, including digital cameras, cell phones and disposable cameras are typically allowed. Please check with the box office regarding a particular performance. In either case, pictures may only be taken from your seat. You will not be permitted to approach the stage to take pictures. Please never use flash photography as it may distract the performers.

Traffic

Please plan ahead and allow for plenty of extra time in the event of heavy traffic so that you do not miss any of the earlier performances. We open the parking lots hours early to accommodate all those that want to arrive early.

Parking

We provide ample parking for the events right on the property. A parking pass is required of every vehicle looking to enter the property for the events. There are several different kinds of parking passes including even overnight tent site parking passes. For more information on the different parking passes or to purchase one, please go here. Our parking areas typically open 3 to 4 hours before the show starts. Please review the times on our website as they can change and the time on your tickets and/or passes may no longer be accurate.

Drop-Offs & Pick-Ups

Please arrive before the rush on both ends of a pick-up and drop-off and do so at the Main Entrance off of Route 11B in Gilford -- 72 Meadowbrook Ln.

Tailgating

We have several parking areas and we condone and even, promote, responsible tailgating. Tailgating can be a very big part of making the event fun and memorable for you. That being said, the possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages, in our parking areas, actually violates a local Gilford ordinance. Underage drinking and/or intoxication, will most certainly cause you to miss the show and may lead to being arrested.

Weather

All performances will go on rain or shine. In the event of a weather emergency, like a hurricane, events will most likely be rescheduled. In the event of inclement weather, please use quality rain gear. Umbrellas are allowed but may not be open during performances.

Umbrellas

Umbrellas are allowed inside the venue. We ask that you are courteous and keep your umbrella closed during the performance to not obstruct anyone's view. We recommend wearing ponchos or other rain gear. The show will go on rain or shine.

Weapons

There are absolutely no weapons of any kind permitted into the venue including small pocket knives. There will be bag searches and pat downs. Any weapons discovered on an individual attempting to enter the venue will be confiscated and we will not be able to return that item to you at any time.

Pets

There are no pets allowed anywhere on the property. Please contact the Box Office in advance to coordinate the use of any kind of service animal BNHP@LiveNation.com.

No Re-entry

Once you enter the venue, you will not be permitted to leave and re-enter again, so please, be sure to bring everything you need with you the first time. Be sure to have your photo ID with you as everyone is carded for alcohol service.

Doors

The doors or gates to our midway typically open between 90 and 120 minutes prior to the main stage performances starting. We usually have a lot going on include excellent regional acts playing on the Hazy Little Side Stage so please come in early, enjoy everything we have to offer and assure your party not missing any of the show all at the same time.

Resale Tickets

When the artist approves to do so, we offer our customers the ability to buy and sell tickets directly from each other for their convenience, comfort and security. For more information on our resell program, go here.

Ticket Information

There are no refunds or exchanges on any tickets for any event.

Childrens' Tickets
Children under 2 are free in general admission areas like lawn seating or on an adult lap in reserved seating areas.

Special Note for Accessible Patrons
There are Accessible restrooms, seating and parking.Please call the box office directly to reserve accessible seating at (603)293-4700.

How to get Tickets on the Internet

When the date and time is reached for a specific event to go on sale, click the event title link to purchase tickets.  You must "refresh" or "reload" the screen by pressing the appropriate button on your browser in order for the purchase information to appear.  It will not appear at the scheduled time until you press the "REFRESH" or "RELOAD" button on your browser.

WARNING: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE MULTIPLE BROWSER WINDOWS WHEN ORDERING TICKETS OR SEARCHING FOR SEATS.  THE SYSTEM WILL DETECT THAT AND IMMEDIATELY RELEASE ALL SEATS ON HOLD FOR YOU.

TICKET SERVICE CHARGES
Published prices do not usually include the ticket service charges that will be applied at the time of purchase. A portion of the proceeds on all ticket service charges will be donated to the Meadowbrook Charitable Foundation to support continuing education in the arts.

Standing Vs. Sitting

Please understand that the artists and fans expect the concerts to be high-energy events. As such, some people will stand up and/or dance throughout. It is our policy NOT to intervene in the matter if you choose to remain seated and your view is blocked.

Over the Counter and Prescription Drugs

Only unopened containers of OTC drugs will be allowed into the venue. In order to bring in prescription medications, you must show a valid driver's license matching the label on the prescription case.

Smoking areas

Smoking is allowed on the far right section of the lawn. Please note: no smoking is allowed within the main plaza area. There is also no smoking allowed in the reserved seats. This policy applies to E-Cigarettes or smokeless cigarettes as well.


Alcohol Policies

VALID ID REQUIRED: We card everyone ages 1 to 100. If you wish to purchase alcoholic beverages during any of our events, please bring your ID. The only forms of accepted ID are:
  • U.S. or Canada Driver's License
  • U.S. or Canada Non-Driver Photo ID
  • U.S. Miliary ID
  • Passport
No other forms of IDs will be accepted and we will not accept any expired or temporary ID's.

WRISTBAND REQUIRED: Wristbands are required to consume alcohol: ID checkers will check your ID and provide you with a wristband to consume alcohol; Bartenders will still ID you each and every purchase, even with a wristband on. The wristbands are to indicate to security that you are allowed to consume alcohol.

ID CHECKERS AVAILABLE: ID checkers, wearing light blue uniform shirts, are stationed at all points of entry during the start of each concert. During the course of the show, you will find them walking the venue; in the plaza, on the lawn and inside the bar areas, to assist late arrivals who wish to enjoy an alcoholic beverage during the show.

Alcohol is served in multiple areas throughout the venue. There is a 2-drink per wristband limit unless otherwise indicated.
You will be allowed to bring in ONE unopened 20oz bottle of water per person. No other food or drinks, or beverage containers or coolers are allowed into the venue.  There are several concession areas selling food and ice cream.  You can view a full menu from each location here.
